Okamizu International Sdn Bhd is happy to make an exchange if you order from www.okamizu.net and the item you received is defective or damaged, or you receive the wrong item.
Wrong Item Received
If the item received is completely different from the one you ordered, customers should email to us within 14 days from date of receipt. Please send us an email with detailed pictures/videos (less than 1 MB) showing the wrong item.
After confirmation, Okamizu International Sdn Bhd will bear the shipping cost and arrange for the courier service to pick up the wrong items in the original packaging and exchange with the right item.
Defective Item Received
If the item received is defective on arrival, customers should email us within 14 days from date of receipt. Please send us an email with detailed pictures/videos (less than 1 MB) showing the defective area.
After confirmation, Okamizu International Sdn Bhd will bear the shipping cost and arrange for the courier service to pick up the defective or damaged items in the original packaging and exchange with the new replacement.
Returns
Okamizu International Sdn Bhd reserves the right to refuse full refund or charge a restocking fee for any order that doesn't comply with the above mentioned requirements.
Any credit card refunds will take up to 2-3 weeks due to several approvals by the authorities. Investigation and validation need to be conducted by respective banks after the request for refund is submitted. The refund amount will be credited into your next month's credit card billing statement once the refund is approved.
